hlj status page drawback

I was trying to go to the HLJ status page to cancel my order the whole night for 3 hours.
The thing is I NEED TO CANCEL MY 2 Orders of 3 items. I kept checking my lists this afternoon , and THEY WERE STILL in backorder until around 7pm GMT+8 Nov14, the system kept saying in maintainence. Until GMT+8 01:25am Nov 15, now I saw that 3 of my backorder lists are waiting for payment processing.
I DONT WANT THE ITEM as I changed my mind on the list.
I think it is not fair as the status of my order WAS changed so SUDDEN, and I cannot cancel it due to the Online Order Status Check KEEP SAYING MAINTAINENCE.:flipa: :flipa: :flipa: :flipa: :flipa:
hope i can cancel the order, and i think i will try hobby search next time, as I saw ppl here saying 1999.co.jp are in realtime system.

That happened to me once. What you can do is email them(trouble@hlj.com), and tell them the situation with their status site, and i am sure they will cancel your order for you. Hope this helps.

same thing happened to me
wanted to cancel but their system was down and then after it came back up, my orders were in the payment process
i got screwed
but then again it was something small so i forgive HLJ for their incompetence once again....

No offense, but you really should have your mind set before you buy something, knowing how their system works. If you need immediate service, then don't hesitate to email them.

I have emailed them, but no reply for 12 hours......and now they processed my payment and shipped already with 3 hours this morning (GMT+8)

Maybe you should list the unwanted stuff on here?

These are the stuff I dont want:
AOS24485 Andrew Racing Dish (VIP Car Parts) x 2
AOS24782 Blitz BRW Type 03 (VIP Car Parts) x 1
AOS31131 Exclusive Matrasse (VIP Car Parts) x 2
the reason I dont want is that when I ordered them 1 week ago, my local hobby store (In HK) does not contain any of those rims......never ever......, but it just turns out I got them yesterday at one of the local hobby store, they are Tamiya distributor, and some kind they have A LOT OF NEW AOSHIMA RIMS ARRIVED. Damn it, and I bought 10 rims yesterday, 3 of them are Exclusive Matrasse.
I rushed back home last night, and tried as hard as I can to DELETE the Fucking order, but kept saying MAINTENANCE. Once I can get to the status page, my order was processed. GOD SAKE, my orders were still in backorder yesterday afternoon.
I think HLJ used STATUS Page MAINTENANCE as a CHEAT, most of the modellers have their status processed after system maintainence. :flipa: :flipa:

Your order entered payment processing then, so unfortunately, as our website explains, it was too late to change or cancel it. Your order was shipped today by SAL Small Packet.
We are very sorry you did not request cancellation in the week between the time you placed the order and when it entered payment processing. We are happy to change or cancel your order up until the time your order enters payment processing. After it enters payment processing, however, it is too late.
