95 jetta dash board

the problem is thst i had replaced my spark plug wires with my cousen he unpluged the distibutor the car still ran . and now my dash board guages dont work nor the odometar , i checked all the fuses but they are all ok under the dash

possible speed sensor issue or a cluster issue or possibly both.
