00 CVPI Partial Power Loss

:banghead: Lost power,On only some circuts including pcm,dash gauges,windows,brake lights.Working are headlamps,interior lighting,blower high only.Have car in pieces checking wiring,batt. junction box all has power,Central junction box has limited power as does the ignition switch(which tested good ).Just wondering if any known trouble spot's in harness or other area's possibly succeptable to cause this problem,pulled into drive and it died,been searching ever since. Simple as computer failure ? If relay to pcm is activated thru test light can get into pcm w/scanner and it has abnormal reading's in my opinion but does show parameters,I have limited spec's access to compare to for known good. Any ,all help appreciated, Thanks :runaround:

Look on the drivers side under thrbattery. They are bad about wires breaking where they make the bends going from the Power Distribution to the tray inside the front bumper cover. Look for a brown wire.

Well THANK YOU very much,raised it up on hoist and the first area there I opened up I seen green corrosion and the brown wire pulled apart,spliced it and all is working again,your direction to area was right on.
Most of my experience is with GM,this is the first Ford product I've owned in about 25 year's,the last was an Indiana State Police car in '82
