once again Laurent, AWESOME work! 3 series look awesome with mesh wheels. glad you didn't slap 19's on this one:D a performance car with 19's just wouldn't look right. look forward to seeing more of your work!

... or maybe they're not glued in yet.

Anyhow I think it's looks good and wheels suit it, but I don't like the exhaust pipes. BMWs are meant to be understated and not have fart cans.

Nice! Where did you get those exhaust pipes, or did you make them? If so, how?

Hi,

joecwlaw : looks good, but wondering why the windows are a bit falloff???

Sorry, but with DRAGON kit, some parts are not very realistic.....
It's not TAMIYA and this kit is from the year 1993.............
It's an old kit... and now it's very different with the quality.....

Jumpman_Z : Nice! Where did you get those exhaust pipes, or did you make them? If so, how?

By myself with some aluminium parts....

Really good job, those rims definitely suit the BMW. they're from the Mercedes CLK-GTR kit right?

Sorry, but few years ago i selectioned some nice rims from TAMIYA............ and contacted the main distributor in FRANCE and i ordered some 20 set of larges wheels kit...... easy to have....
So, probably.......it was....

woh, people here should learn calling the distributor directly for the rims from the parts of a kit.

Has anyone else tried this? It seems like a pretty good idea, as long as the distributors don't mind dealing with Joe Public. It might be a way of avoiding the retailer's markup on spares and kits.

Looks great man. I think the exhausts pipes should be down sides a slight bit. They look like they could fit on a much larger scale car. Keep up the good work.
