hey Melt.. yup that was me.. I went down to San Jose to pick up my rims and head back the same mornin/afternoon.. damn i left Davis at 730am didnt get into san jo til 10.. stuck in traffic.. but yea.. I take 680 85+ all the time.. so its hard for ppl to catch up.. hahah.... but YUp it was me on there.. haha...

Damn man, i love your car! Oh, and did you paint a set of clear corner's and bumper lights? or did you buy those amber lenses? because i wanna do this, but the hobby shop doesnt have amber, shit they dont even have red, so i can't even do my tails, where do you guys get this paint!?

Sweet car Tuan....we all need to hook up again for another mini-meet...About the AVS tires you plan on getting...I heard mixed results on traction and threadwear...its a bit slicker than bridgestones and Dunlop when wet (watch out, winter rains coming soon)...I'm looking into getting new set of tires too and might get the Potenza S-03 or Dunlop SP 9000

From what i hear, the Yokohama Parada's are really good..... you should look into them.......

Paradas are excellent except they dont make em in the size he needs...195/50/15...He actually has em now and it rubs...205/50/15

Yea AVS does wear out Quick.. have em on the other civic.. my brother loves it.. 2nd set already.. but about wet wize he havent had any probs.. but u juss remind me about threadwear.. potenza S03 was my next option.. so still deciding..


AS far as my amber lenses go.. yea its all painted.. Yellow coatin and light mist of red .. i bought the paint form MICHAELS Stainglass spray paint... i think there is a michaels website. not sure what it is.. look itup

Yo dude - I liked the Si wheels on your hatch. I know out in CA everybody says that look is a li'l played, but I still like it. I have a buddy here with a black Si hatchie that has 99 Si wheels and it looks phat. ;)
I like the bronze wheels too tho ;)
205's should fit if you have the right offset on your wheels I think - 45mm?? marked001 knows all those details...I know he doesn't post a whole bunch anymore tho.

What are you going to do with your old tires? (paradas)...I wonder if they'll rub too on my car...my wheel offset is 43 and its not really lowered as much...maybe 1.5 inches. maybe I can buy those off you if they're still good.:flash:

these tires i have rightnow are Falkens Azenis.. Camber wear on all of them. not really good. but 2 really need to be replace. the other one has like 20 % thread left.. i dont think u would want these.... But they hella grip.. catch on right away...

HA HA.. yea i Like my Si wheels too.. i kinda want to get a set just to have.. Cuz i dotn plan to hold these rims that long either.. i like the stock look if u know what i mean ;) . Also guys i got a bunch of stuff for sale off of an 90 LS.. complete blue interior but driver seats has rips.. and everything.. motor is a 92-93 GS (LS) car is exterior is 92-93 factory blue. anything from doors back is good.. from 92-93 integ. both from coupes let me know!..

ok i tried michaels stained glass but it came out waay too bright and not shiny! how do you prep the plastic? do you paint the inside? what all colors do you use?
