Reprogram of Remote Door locks

Anyone have instructions as to how to re-program the remote doorlock fobs for my Grand Vitara? It is a 2002 year model, but the receiver and both remotes were replaced with 2004 models under warranty. Any instructions greatly appreciated. :)
