Wiper Reservoir Problem - Megane 1999 auto

Hi,

I hope someone out there can help me. It seems there is a hole in the wiper Reservoir somewhere. A quick silcone/bonding job will the trick. Problem is its situated in inside the drivers side fender :screwy:. Dont know how to gain accsees to it. Any Ideas ??
