Transmission Problem

Well I recently changed the fluid in my 2000 V6 3.2 L trains drained then refilled it while running in Nutral and going through all the gears. No on ocasion most ly when going around sweeping corners the trans light with come on fo abou a half a second as well as lose power. then it will catch again and be fine. It has happened twice in the last two weeks. Now for the best part I am In the military currently living in Thailand. So going to a trans mission place is not that easy. Hopefully some one can give me some ideas.
