305 TPI code 45

I rebuilt a chevy '86 305 TPI and stuffed it into my '85 Jag XJS.at sustained 2000 rpms a code 45 sets.(rich condition)Theres also a knocking sound in the fuel rail.I've replaced the fuel pressure regulator and mas sensor.I've checked the fuel pressure and tps and are up to specs.Whats happening?
