Driver door lock problem? Need HELP

i have a 94 bmw 325i .when i lock the door from the inside or outside the lock pops back up and does not lock all the other door.if i turn the key to lock position and hold it it will lock the driver door then i have to lock all other doors manually.could this be a relay problem ..i dont know ..

Maybe some fellow bmw enthusiast might have a solution for me..
please help its driving me NUTZ....
