Idle control Valve Location

can someone please tell me where the idel control valve is in a 1.1 N Reg fiesta. Mk 1 as i need it replacing or cleaning but i can not find it. does anyone know where abouts it is?

take the air filter off with the 3 screws in the middle (twist and pull off the pipe too) and its on the right hand side of the air carburettor. It looks like a tubular thingy with a plunger on the end that pushes the throttle on a bit. it attaches with the bracket holding a throttle potentiometer
