'95 LeSabre problems

Hey, I own a '95 LeSabre LTD with 71,000 on it. Whenever I accelerate after stopping, the brake light goes on and starts beeping and then goes off after about 2-5 seconds. It's not the ABS light, but the parking break light (no, the parking brake is not on at al).

Also, the car sputters/hesitates after around 40-50 mph so I have to take my foot off the gas and then give it gas again to keep it from shaking. My friend had the same problem but fixed it after changing the ignition coils. Does anyone have any suggestions for the brake light problem? Thanks a lot.
