95 Contour 2.0 GL Starting Problems

Ok ive had a problems with my Contour for a while. I have replaced coil pack, spark plugs and wires, Air intake, Fuel filter, Alternator Now it cranks but wont start im getting fuel im getting spark, i need help desperately its a good car and i cant afford paying a huge amount of money to get it in the shop. I know for a fact that it needs Dpfe sensor and EGR valve but i thought they were driveability promblems not starting. The MAF sensor has been gone for awhile when plugged it the car wont go over 30 miles an hour but when unplugged it runs normal. The starter sounds good, i can hear the fuel pump good, Before it stopped running it would get up to 60 mph pull down on its own wait to cetch a gear an then go back up. I hope someone can help anyone, please.
