NEED HELP 89-90 Geo Prizim

So the engine wont click over. When I turn the key, the engine turns on the lights turn on , eveything except the engine. I here one click then nothing. Sounds like coming form middle of the car like behind where the radio once was.

What should I do to fix it.

now this morning, no lights, nothing, new battery. :(
