Turn Signal Problem

I was installing my brake light switch today and hit the turn signal arm and now it works a little funny. When I turn it on for left or right it doesn't click as strong as it used to. When I put it on for a right turn and it cancels sometimes it will turn on the left flasher really fast. I move the arm up 1/4 inch and it shuts off. My question is can I replace the turn signal cam for $10 or do I need to replace the whole arm assembly?

You have to see what broke and I think it will cost more than $10.00.
