Cold air vs. Short ram air

In your guys experince with the dodge avenger would it be better to get a cold air intake or a short ram air? I want to know which one would give me the most hp.

this is actually a highly debated topic...but in my opinion your better off with the cold air intake, because ram air has been known to increase actual hp but on the other hand, wind resistance actually in a way cancels it out, cold air intake wouldn't cause any extra wind resistance.
