84 Lebaron Pulsating

The condensor clutch broke on my lebaron, so I managed to order one and replace it. The air conditioning works great now, the hose comming from the condenser is cold, but whenever the air conditioning is running, the engine is pulsating. I dont know how else to explain this since I've never seen this happen. The gas peddle moves up and down and the engine revs up and down. But as soon as the A/C gets shut of it stops. It only does this when the condensor is being used. ANY help is appreciated, I dont want to take it to a mechanic.
Thanks for your time.

When the A/C is on the computor should step up the idle speed. It sounds like the computor is either not steping it up or it's not controling it. Take the air cleaner off and see if something is pulling on the throttle or binding. I don't have a manual but I think the idle was controled by an IAC motor (idle air control) in the throttle body. Try cleaning it with carb cleaner.

Ok, i am completely stumped i've narrowed the problem down to the throttle control (its a little vaccume that increases and decreses the idle) There is also a Air Conditioning Throttle Opener Solenoid. I went to pull n' save and got 2 Air Conditioning Throttle Opener Solenoid and they both did not work on my car. They worked before, I am sure of that. I then tested everything. The one on my car works perfectly there is vaccume, and it does not loose pressure. The Throttle Control does not loose vaccume either, I did a test on both of them. But the car is still surging when the a/c is on unless I disconnect the circit. But the car is idleing very low and when im driving and the compressor clutch is enabled then i can notice a definite 3-4 mph loss. If ANYONE can help me based on what i've said i would be very gratefull.

If this engine is a 2.2 or a 2.5 Chrysler had a carbutetor base gasket problem. With the engine running push on the carburetor from side to side. If the engine speed changed, replace the rubber carburteor base.

Its a 2.6L Mitsu. Ill try to move the carb around anyways.
