A challenge to TB experts - Engine Heat

Its great to find a forum for autos and real nice people exchanging knowledge and helping its other, I am almost loosing hope in finding help.

I've got 04 TB 2WD, and I am in Saudi Arabia its too hot in here its 132F some days, the engine temperature goes above 222F.

I replaced the following and got new parts.
- Fan.
- Fan Clutch.
- Water pump.
- Thermostat.
- Reprogrammed the computer with the new software.

So its basically changed every thing needed to cool the damn engine.

What I know from the readings on the internet that when the temperature of the engine goes above 222F the fan rounds more quickly to cool the engine. and the thermostat regulates the fan operations.

Now the temperature reaches about 235F, but the fan does not seems to be going faster. on the other hand if I my AC is on when the temp. gets high AC blows stronger, which means that some kind of order was triggered to make something go faster but not the fan which supposed to be the one going faster.

Any one has an Idea what could be causing this. and please note alot of my friends has TB's and they engine temp. is always around 222F not more.

I will be glad if any one can share some knowledge in this mysterious issue. runaround :banghead:
