Just got my first car and even before I bought it I was already looking at aftermarket parts. I'm not really looking for performance because I am just cruising to school and work. But on the weekends my little stock cd player wont satisfy the girls. So here's the question should I work my way inside out and start with audio and the dash or a body kit and rims. Ofcourse there is the question of cost. Right now I have like an extra $300. The cavy's audio deck and sound system are less than pleasing. I figure I can get a new deck but if you guys think I could find anything that would be worth its money for audio point me in the right direction. Any help or ideas would be great. :grinyes::grinyes::grinyes: I really want to get rid of those gay rims but they aren't bad for now.
By the way its a stock '03 cavy tan, or champanish, 4 door, damn near perfect condition.

$300 will make more of an impact on the inside then it would the out, and it doesnt matter if you have a stock system, or a $3000 system, its gonna take more then your car to impress a girl

Oh don't get me wrong I know that. I was just saying that its less than satisfactory. Lol so inside first huh. The speakers in the Cav look like a 6X4 do you guys have a clue on the measurements and also a good place with decen prices.

here what i did for a new audio system that didnt kill my paycheck. Go to best buy or sumthing look for a cd player and a kit to fit it in the car. Then i went and got speakers(only the front cuz when i bought the car it had new rear ones) i didnt worry to much about the size of em cuz i just drilled new holes to fit them in ne way. I dont know what the year on your car is but with mine i had to remove the hole dash out to get the new deck onto place which gave the perfact chance to paint it ;)

Yeah that is what I will have to do. Was it difficult to pull the whole thing out? Saw the tut on how to that was stickied. Best buy is great huh. How much will new speakers cost. I listen to a lot of rock, but I've gotta have tha bass when I'm crusin. Thanks for the rec. Any ideas or opinions on speakers stereo cde players etc. would be helpful. :grinyes::grinyes::grinyes::grinyes::grinyes:
