Swapping rocker arms

It's been awhile since posting here but I have a question that I can't seem to find an answer anywhere.
I have a new head that will eventually also have new cams in it too. I wanted to use the rocker arms that I have in my current cylinder head but am not sure if there would be any issues with doing this. I am not sure of the mileage on them as it was a used cylinder head I replaced myself. I can take them out and get a micrometer to check the rollers if need be but I don't know what the specs are on them. They appear fine, no scratches or marks at all. Any info on this would be awesome!
Thanks

Usually as long as they look good, they usually are. Inspect for knicks and dents, and that's pretty much it. That's what I did with mine. No problems.

They look quite pristine so I will go with them.
Thanks!
