For Sale: 99 Eclipse GST

For sale is a 99 Eclipse GST for 7500 @102,000 miles. Here is a website of the car 3 years ago. Before a lot of the modifications. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/587724
The only problem with the car mechanically is that the engine has a blown rod. I would replace the engine myself but im going back to school in a couple of weeks. I dont see anyone spending more than 2200 to fix this car. A 6 bolt motor costs around 1200 at most and labor and parts for install should be around 1000. If anyone is in the Chicago area i know a shop called straight line performance who is charging 700 for labor. You could rebuild the 7 bolt motor and sell it for a grand or could sell it as is for about 300-500. Again why dont i do this? To be honest with you I really just dont have the time or patience. If you were to do the labor yourself it should cost you about 1000 assuming you sell the blown motor. Here is a list of the parts and best detail I have of this car:
Parts:
1. 17" fox racing racing rims with low profile summer tires approx. 20,000 miles on them
2. Brembo stock replacement rotors approx. 15000 miles on them
3. Safc2
4. Air/fuel ratio gauge and Boost Gauge
5. Boost controller set at 14 psi
6. Evo 3 16g Turbo approx. 25,000 miles (its 2 years old)
7. Apexi catback exhaust
8. Injen Intake with K&N Air Filter
9. Custom Front Mount Intercooler
10. UICP with 1g BOV (Uncrushed)
11. Polyeurethane motor mounts approx 20,000 miles
12. Energizer battery only a year old
13. New alpine speakers in the back and maxwell speakers in the front. Both less than 3 months old.
14. Stock stereo, alarm with remote key, etc.
15. I also have another MAF, ECU off a 95GSX, 560CC EVO 3 injectors, fuel pump rewire kit, indiglo gauges (never installed), passenger red fender (story below), and haynes book that will all come with the car.
I also have all stock parts for above except the turbo, the motor mounts, and the rotors. The car also has both ball joints replaced 20,000 miles ago. I have a lot of recepits and may be able to provide documentation for all the stuff i bought for this car.
Random Details:
1. The car has a few scratches and minor dings from normal wear and tare this includes rims. No major accidents have been involved in this car. The worst "accident" it has been in is when some idiot hit my car in the parking lot. I had to replace the bumper, lights, and passenger side fender, but nothing in the engine compartment was damaged.
2. Just recently the back hatch has been acting funny and will not open fully from the inside switch. In order to open it i have to use my key to unlock the hatch and lift up. The hatch will extend on its own finely though.
