airbag light

Hello all. I have a problem with my 95 grand caravan. The air bag light has been on for some time now. A friend said one of their friends had the same problem with a 94 caravan and his mechanic told him he replaced the rear wiper fuse and the light went away. Could that be true? My rear wiper is not working but I could not find a rear wiper fuse. I have read about the clockspring issues but most have been with 98 and newer dodges. If it's a fuse where would it be? If it's the clockspring is it something I can replace myself without blowing up the airbag? If anyone can help I would appreciate it. By the way since I have your attention, I need to replace the rear window tilt motors. Does anyone know what the part numbers of the motors are or where I could get them. Thank you in advance.
