Fast idle

3400 engine. Can you adjust the fast idle at start up. When the car starts the idle is too high. It drops to normal 600 rpm or so. But the fast idle seems way to high.

not exactly, thats ur computer doing that and such, im sure its something as small as a sensor being dirty or ur PCV valve but other than that.. if its going down to normal RPMs I wouldnt worry about it to much.. my car does it too sometimes, idle real high then drop to normal
