1969 Firebird questions

Previously I've kept my questions contained in my WIP, but I need to know ASAP a couple of things about the '69 Firebird (or the '67 or '68, which were very similar).

On the 400ci V8 engine:
1. Is the engine fan 4-blade or multi-blade?
2. Is there an external fan clutch and if so, is it between the water pump and fan or between the fan and radiator?
3. What is the exact width of the rear bumper (the kit's bumper seems too wide, but I want to know for sure before making difficult and irreversible changes).

I know these are pretty specific but any F-body enthusiast can give their input.

Hmm good point. Thanks. Also I already found the answer to 1 and 2, so now it's just the bumper.
