what brand of alt did you put in? Isuzus are super picky. There was a recent post where 1 owner had to buy 3 aftermarket alts to find one that worked....

Took the alternator back and it was tested, and everything is Ok, I still have only 12V on my voltmeter and dummy lights on brake battery and 4wd indicator. I checked every fuse too

you need to return it and get your money back. go to an independent parts store and buy a rebuilt by bosch alternator. or go to the dealer and pay even more.
nevertheless, first make sure you have checked all the battery connections, alternator connections and all the grounds in the system by removing them, cleaning them and coating with dielectric grease before reinstalling.
