Stereo Removal in 97 S10

Does anyone know how to remove the large dash trim piece so I can install an aftermarket CD player? It's stickshift without tilt wheel. I tried today but couldn't get it off cuz I don't have tilt wheel. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Have you taken the bolts out of the bottom of the panel yet?
