!!!!2000 grand am 2.4 idles rough!!!!

The car idles so rough that the motor starts to shake when its idling. It does it the most when you first start it up. once you get it passed about 2,000 RPM it starts to run fine. If anyone has an idea please let me know. Thanks!

New plugs, new boots, maybe replace hte fuel filter.
