Sun Roof Stuck Tilted

I went to open my sun roof and it did not open. So I tried tilt mode and it worked, so I tilted it half way and then checked to see if it would go down... I got nothing. So now, my sun roof is stuck tilted. This was after I changed my plugs and put a new filter on my CAI. So those things couldn't have messed it up. I did zip tie some of my wires securely, seeing as how I have the BSR, but I was careful not to secure them to tightly.

Anyone have any suggestions? I have the negative off of the battery right now, to see if I cant re set something.

If I can't fix it, is there anyway I can lower it manually, so that my roof wont leak?

It looks like rain, so any advice would be helpful. Thank god for the garage.

It finally closed... I'm not even going to mess with it until I save some money, just in case.
