I want to remove the stock foglights on my cavalier and the yellow covering. My car is a 1997. What style bulb would I need and do they sell clear coverings for the foglights? Thanks.

Got any pics? They shouldn't be yellow unless they are severly weather beaten and faded/yellowed or someone made them yellow. But the fogs are bulb # 881

You know what..I dont think those lights I was asking about are fog lights. Its the little yellow lights on the front bumper near the bottom. I think they might be hazard lights? Well can that yellow covering be removed, and replaced by something? Because I dont like them at all.

lol, yea those arent fog lights. They are the blinker/hazard lights. Im not sure if anyone makes a replacement for them, but theres a possiblitiy. There might be a legality issue there, maybe changing the color of road hazard light might be against a local safety ordiance or sumtin. I realy have no clue about that one. But yea, not fogers but left/right blinkers.

Well, if your looking for cheap fog lights, discount auto has some for like 20 bucks, but you might need to cut you bumper a bit first. Just an idea.

I am trying to change my fog light bulb on my 2001 Chev Cavalier Z24. Can someone tell me how to get the bulb out of its casing. I found two screws behind the casing but wasn't sure if i could pull the fog light out through the front or out the back of the bumper.
Thanks.
Thanks.

yeah those yellow/orange lights are called turn signals... the top ones next to the headlights are called corner lights... and headlights are called headlights... when your car goes faster then ours...it's called a Z24 and those have FOG lights :)

I could see that happening. Lights that are supposed to be certain colors for saftey purposes need to be left that way, I guess. I dont know the law, but im sure a cop with an itchin for a good ticket for lame reason. I can intertain that reason.
