Cavalier Steering Wheel Removal

Hi everyone, I'm new to this post. I have some questions about my 1997 Chevy Cavalier,Iv'e been everywhere trying to get help but noone seems to know.I would like to remove the stock steering wheel and replace with a new steering wheel(a custom one). I need someone to tell me step for step because I will screw everything up If you don't. Here is the web address of one I have in mind..can you tell me first If this one will even work?
