1990 Lumina won't start when hot

I"ve got a 1990 Lumina that won't start if I shut it off when hot and try to restart if right away. I can let it set for 15 to 30 minutes then it starts right up.
The shop I took it to replaced the fuel fillter, screen, and the fuel pump. Any ideas woulld be appreciated.

Is the starter engaging or is nothing happening when you turn the key??
