Did GM fix clusters for 07?

I think it was 03'-06' GM clusters were malfunctioning, A LOT, pretty sad if you ask me, Speedo's have been pretty standard since the dawn of automobiles. My speedo broke 1,000 miles after my warrenty, and GM didnt fix it. Now 15k down the road my Volt gauge is broke. its a ~$400 job at a dealership, this dude on ebay fixes them for $100 +shipping, and you can pick up a aftermarket for ~$200. Just wondering if anyone has any problem with 07 or 08 clusters or if you know they fixed the step motors or w/e other problems with them.

I think it may be too ealry to tell on the 07's. like you said they will break after the warrenty is done. :)
