91 crx ?'s

i have a 91 si. i have 17in white racin hart cp-10's.i just order h&r's that drop ur car 2". do i have enough clearance for the drop w/those rims? also, is there anyplace i can get new mid-piping, i have a new hi flow cat to put on & i dont want the stock, rusty pos one on there. thx

I depends on the offset of the wheels.

As for the piping. Go to a muffler shop. They can make a pipe for you.

I have 16's on my hatch and its lowered about 2 or 2 1/2 inchs, fits just fine.You'll probaly need a camber kit front and back for it...

I have 17x7's on my hatch and its lowered 3" according to the coilover specs. It used to rub bad until i rolled the fenders.

How-To incase you dont already know:
1. get a baseball bat or a pipe or something and stick it in your fender well between the tire and the fender and hold it at about a 45 degree angle.

2. weigh the car down with people or something.

3. push the car forwards and backwards, letting the baseball bat roll the entire fender circumfrence.

4. increase the angle slowly to bend the fender as much as you want.

*Be careful because if you try to bend the fender too much too fast it will crack your paint around the fender and maybe bend the fender itself.

I have my car lowered on Skunk2 Coilovers. I have them as low as they go, and i'm rollin on 17's w/ a +40mm offset.

I rolled my fenders. (like 91civicDXdude) and have no clearance issues.

Nice illistration. You use a baseball bat for that? I was wondering exactly what you all was talking about when you said "rolling your fenders". Well now I know.
