Flasher - wiring issue?

Here's another one for you. It sounds like the turn signal flasher (the thing under the dash you here clicking when the turn signal or emergency flashers are on) it tic-ing all the time when the van is started.


Has anyone else had a problem with this?

Also, any good web site that list any service bulletins / recalls for these things?
