Set up rules before anything. Makes dues like $10 a month and have a point system where you have to have a certain amount of mods done to get in. If you just let in anyone then it makes for a club that falls apart. Remember a club is also like a family so just b/c they drive the $250,000 modified Civic's doesn't mean you want them. You want members you can hang with even if cars didn't exist. First off work on that. All info (shows, dues, point system)! After that then have free meetings on Wednesdays open to public and on Sunday have a members only meeting. Anyone that wants to join must meet your requirements and pay a $25 first time fee. Basically for the decal you will have made to be put on there car. that's basically it, but if you need more I can ramble on for days!
