The model in question is a 1992 Buick Regal, 3800 engine, auto-tran.
There is a problem. The air-conditioning system was repaired fully charged. I cannot get an electrical signal to the compressor clutch relay. I have been told the car computer is keeping the electrical signal from getting to the relay.
I've tried everything to my knowledge, and am a trained air-conditioning(industrial) technician. However, I'm not familiar with all car models.
Anyone have any advice?

I have the same vehicle - same problem - I replaced 2 computers, now it is thought that is a a relay, but still not diagnosed. THe AC did not work for 1 year, then suddenly worked for 2 weeks, then stopped. Another tech bypassed a relay and it started working temporarily.. Any solutions yet?
