99 caviler wiring problems

seems my dash lights come on and off on there own brake,airbag,oil light and
some times the temp gages drops out . at firts i played with the t/s switch cause at time when i turn the switch on and off the dash lights go out. i replace switch still acts up . i;m not sure if the wiring too the conveint center where i can here the horn relay click and the fuse block at driver side here the drl relay buzz . i.m a jeep tech and know knothing about chevys.
please help me!
