The mach 1 is only going to be for one year its to mark fords anniversary and forget about a 302 in a new mustang ford doesnt even have the press's or equipment to make the 302 any more.

Note:
the 03 SVT cobra has an iron block and cross-bolted mains (4 bolts)-- some ideas that have bubbled up:
1. An SC motivated -- bored (to 302?) version (at 12 lBs -- many ponies)
2. An NA bored and stroked (to 330?)
3. An TT motivated 4.6 (281) -- high end screamer (7000 RPM +)
Oh the good old days are NOW!!! Let the old 5.0 rest in peace along with the flat-head, y-block, and 427-FE.......... honored burial ground!:devil:
