1999 Silhoutte

I have a 99 Silhouette with 156000 miles. The trany just started acting up. It is like a shimmy between 2nd and third and third and overdrive. It only does it when it shifts at higher rpms or under a load. Was wandering if it might just need a service? can anybody help me?

Did the service engine soon light come on? If it did check the code. Something similar happened to me and it had to do with the torque converter. May need to take it to a transmission shop.
