96 Bonne Air conditioning problem !!!!!!!!

I have put in a new compressor but it still won't kick on to pump freon. Have checked fuses and checked for good connection on switch/sensor that plugs in pump. Still doesn't work. Please help!

My '93 SE wouldn't kick the A/C on either... ended up being the relay switch.
If you'll remove (or loosen and lift) the black plastic cover on the firewall (just below the windshield when the hood is raised) you'll see several black relay switches. It's been since last year, but if memory serves me the far left is the horn and the next one to the right is the A/C. I just swapped them to fix it.
The horn works fine using the relay with which the A/C had a problem, and the A/C has kicked on fine ever since using the horn's old relay.
