93 supercharged timing chain cover

Hello, I have a 1993 Buick Park Avenue Ultra and I am trying to replace the oil pump. I can't seem to get the timing chain cover off. I have onle bolt stuck behind what looks like the alternator mount. Do I have to remove the mount to get this bolt off or is there some other way?
