heater help 79 town car

I replaced the heater core, still little heat for heater and defroster. Fresh antifreeze and new thermostat. Even new radiator. Both heater hoses are very hot.

Any trouble-shooting help would be greatly appreciated.

Check the cable and blend door going to the heater box.
