04 dodge ram 1500

:comprage1 does anyone know if i can get a cap to put on insted of a bumper for a 04 ram 1500?im not sure what you call them but used to see them on trucks in the 80s?if anyone knows if i can get them and where i would look preferably in canada but anywhere will do? thanks!:comprage1
