places to find up and coming bands in vegas

Anybody know of some good little spots in vegas to catch up and coming bands? Been to slanted clam and emergency room, both pretty tight on friday and saturday nights. Huntridge used to be cool.

it may sound a little lame, but you can always check out myspace for vegas performers. you never know what you'll find.
