I have two Questions:
1. How do I lower a model?
2. What size rims should be good for the RX7 in my sig.? I was thinkin 18's

To lower the suspension on a model, you'll have to look at how its made, and then make necessary modifications either by chopping down the plastic in some areas, or flipping spindles or swapping a-arms. Just really a matter of whats there and what can be done.
As for the rims, 18" racing spoke style would look great. Possibly even in black or gunmetal.

IMO i think those wheels suit better on a longer car, due to the sharpness and "longitudinals" of the AVS's eg: nissan 240sx,(S14), lexus gs400 (aristo), toyota supra '96
for an RX7 i think you should go with a more muscular/racing rim, such as the TE-37 or even the new Enkei RP-F1's or the Weds TC-05. take look:)

The Enkei RP-F1 is 17"... stay away from that one.

Agreed, they are too damn small! I learned the hard way. Why can't they make them as 18's or 19's? Grrrr.
The TC-05's are 15", don't even think about those-they'd look tiny on a Miata.
Fujimi is making far too many SMALL diameter wheels lately.
