Where can I find the PCM in my 2003 Dodge Stratus Coupe SXT ? And how can I test it (if at all possible) ? You'll have to be very discriptive. I'm not too familiar with car repair. I'm trying to get as much info as I can before I have my car repaired. I know places like to take advantage of women in a bad situation.
Thanks

Well this is something I'm stumped on. When you say PCM, is this an acronym for something? A buck says I'm having a brain fart, but I don't recognize it offhand. I think CM means Control Module. Most of these modules are to the side of the engine. Maybe on or next to the wheel well. Maybe in front of the wheel well, behind a headlight. Somewhere around that 'general area'. But I can't say for sure. I know, a real help with vague answers. That's the best I can do right now. Try just typing -PCM location Stratus- into a search engine and see what you get.

I am not totally sure on the '03, but in my '97 and '00, the PCM (Powertrain Control Module), and the TCM (Transmission Control Module) are located on the driver side of the car, in the engine compartment, right behind the driver side headlamp. They are attached together, and have big electrical connectors on them. The PCM may have one or two connectors. The PDC (Power Distribution Center) may be located right there as well, which contains Relays and Fuses for the car. Hope this helps.
