Not Starting

:banghead: 1996 ply. breeze - Problem is the car wont turn over battery has been replaced, so has starter, altenator. All these things have been replaced when the car was running but having a hard time starting due to slow cranking speed the car died and would not crank over fast enough to start so I replaced all those thing trying to fix it ,but to no avail. It has been parked for about 6 months I have put a battery charger on it and hooked up jumper cables and all I get is a click will someone please help I also need answers to the slow turn over so that when it does get around to starting I can fix that. THANKS

Since my post I have put a mid-tronics battery tester on the new battery and it says to replace it. The tester says it has 12.9 volts but only 400 cca and it is a 525 cca battery.
