99 Corolla - questions - key, cd player

We just bought our daughter a 99 Corolla - evidently the keyless entry/security is aftermarker - can anyone tell me how to reprogram this? It was fine, but I opened the door with a regular key and set the security off, finally got that to turn off with the key and now the remote will not unlock the doors.
Also, the cd player seems to have a lock on it, she can not get a cd in it.
Can anyone tell me where I could get a manual for this car.

Is there a cd in the player already if there is a second one wont insert
