fuel pump?

I have a 93 accord with 188,000 miles on it. When I start it up after its been running for a while I will begin to take off and it will not go over 2 1/2 rpms It just putters like its going to die. I let off of the gas and it idles fine. I will just let it run for about 5 min. and it will be fine like nothings going on at all? could it be my fuel pump? I had the fuel filter replaced.

Oh... and can anyone please tell me if I can directly bolt up a f22b dohc engine? Will it work with my wire harnes and my ecu? I know it will fit my trany I just want to know if I can drop it in and hook it up with now ecu mod. thanx~
