electrical issue

Since this is my own built PCM, I am sure getting help for it will be hard, as it's not supported by GM ;) But this seems to be an electrical failure..

my PCM reports the following, and when the PCM comes back online, it chokes the engine (as i've programmed it to stop the car if the PCM comes on and the engine is already running, as the timing may get messed up)..

BLACK-DRAGON-HARDWARE
KERNEL V-0.2B
PCM FOR "GM L99 4.3"
KNOCK-MODULE INSTALLED: LT4 (MIS-MATCHED, BUT NO ERRORS REPORTED.)

A FAILURE WAS DETECTED, AND NEEDS IMMEDIATE ATTENTION!

NOTICE OF FAILURE
-----------------
TIME: 8:27AM
DATE: NOT SETUP
FAILURE: ALL SENSORS FAIL!
CURRENT DRIVER STATUS: 0MPH, IN-PARK

TIME: 8:28AM
DATE: NOT SETUP
FAILURE: UNEXPECTED PCM POWER LOSS!
CURRENT DRIVER STATUS: ©¢˚∑Ω (CORRUPTED)

TIME: 8:27AM
DATE: NOT SETUP
FAILURE: PCM STARTUP AND ENGINE IS ALREADY RUNNING
CURRENT DRIVER STATUS: 0MPH, IN-PARK
ACTION: CHOKING ENGINE TO PREVENT HARM

I was thinking it might be a bad ground or something, as the ground is required for operation, and that would sorta show a all sensor fail... How could I fix a bad ground? My old PCM didn't do this (or maybe it did, which would explain the random "dings" i'd hear sometimes)...

I can't edit my post to explain the odd time info.. the time on the last event is back a minute because of the memory corruption from the unexpected pcm power loss.. I don't power the RAM by the battery, which does power some of the system to "know" power was lost...
